    The sauce is great, but packaging needs work!

    The products themselves are wonderful!

    Hair of the dog gives an instantaneous glow and leaves my skin feeling nicely balanced. It only takes a few minutes which means i actually end up using it. The bubbles also add a really fun sensorial element that makes me want to use it more.

    Sake bomb- the perfect summer day time moisturizer. I’m usually combo and dehydrated, and the gel cream texture feels especially refreshing. I stay hydrated throughout the day.

    Golden hour- truly the first vitamin C that doesn’t irritate my skin. I’m especially diligent with application in the summer for additional free radical protection. The texture is light/ serum-y and plays well with other products without pilling.

    These are all products that fit seamlessly into my routine on a daily basis and would absolutely repurchase. Additionally they have long term benefits!

    Truly the only issue is packaging. I had the pump on the hair of the dog mask stop working when the product was still halfway full. The pump on golden hour gets stuck when I push down and when I try again, I inevitably splash product everywhere. I don’t mind the jar packaging of Sake bomb but its texture means it can get messy when you travel.

    I heard the packaging is being updated though which is great news! I can’t wait to see it.

    Completely Changed My Skin

    I have super dry/sensitive/psoriasis skin so I have to be super careful about what I use. Sake bomb is hands down the best moisturizer I’ve ever used and the vitamin c and mask are the first I’ve used that don’t irritate my skin if I use it daily. My skin has visibly improved over the last couple months. Can’t recommend Educated Mess highly enough.

    Great Product, Poor Packaging

    I love the Educated Mess products. The ingredients can’t be beat, and the way it feels on my skin is simply the best. The products have helped hydrate my skin, and I have noticed my skin has become brighter. The packaging, however, is not necessarily frustration-free. The Sake Bomb moisturizer and the Vitamin C serum bottles both come apart. The container that the products actually sit in come apart from the outer portion of the packaging any time I open it.
